1. Agreement
By using this website or any app published by SUFEX Technologies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Our services
We provide mobile app design, development, publishing and support services. The scope, price and timeline of client projects are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal for each project.
3. Using our apps
- Use our apps only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt our apps or servers.
- You are responsible for the content you create, upload or download with our apps.
4. Intellectual property
The SUFEX Technologies name, logo, website content and our own apps belong to us. Ownership of client work is set out in each client's project agreement.
5. Payments
Payment terms for client projects are agreed before work begins. In-app purchases in our apps are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms.
6. Disclaimer
Our website and apps are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SUFEX Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or apps.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
